"Self-love has always been hard for me. I had been dieting since I was 11 years old and always thought I needed to lose weight to be enough. I never loved my body as it was because I was always trying to change it. If someone had told me that my body was ok and it was ok to have a different shape than other girls, I would have never started dieting.

I would have saved myself years and years of pain, self-hatred, and yo-yo dieting if someone has told me I was enough when I was younger. Self-love is very important to me because it is the basis of living a happy and healthy life, regardless of what we weigh. When we live our lives loving ourselves, we treat our bodies with respect and establish healthy habits that will last a lifetime. My mission in my business is to empower women to live their lives to their fullest potential no matter their weight."
